Flash freeze tissue specimens in the cryostat with Cytocool™ II.

  • Difficult-to-cut tissue can be hardened on microtome during sectioning
  • No ozone-depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs)
  • Simple variation of finger pressure on the trigger nozzle controls tissue freezing; this feature helps to prevent over-cooling of specimen
  • Integral trigger nozzle eliminates need to attach separate handle to each can, making Cytocool II can less bulky and more comfortable to hold during use
