Description
This is accomplished through the application of sealant and the use of UV light to cure the sealant. This kit includes a syringe of sealant and a sealant tip. After loading sample onto the chip, apply the chip lid, add immersion fluid, and seal the fill-hole with the UV sealant and cure the sealant with a UV light pen. If you do not have a UV pen, an alternate version of this kit is available that includes a UV pen: QuantStudio™ 3D Digital PCR UV Sealing Kit with Pen.
