POROS GoPure HQ chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure HQ columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment where all product contact materials meet USP <88> Class VI standards.

Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ 50 HQ anion exchange resin, POROS GoPure HQ columns offer capacity over a wide range of flow rates.
