POROS GoPure AAV9 chromatography columns are ready-to-use and designed specifically for use in clinical and commercial manufacturing. POROS GoPure AAV9 columns are prepared and packed in an ISO Class 7 environment where all product contact materials meet USP <88> Class VI standards.

Each column is accompanied by column qualification documentation including bioburden and endotoxin. Packed with POROS™ CaptureSelect™ AAV9 affinity resin, POROS GoPure AAV9 columns offer high specificity and capacity for AAV9 viral vectors over a wide range of flow rates.
