Description

Enables connection of HiTrap columns to a syringe, laboratory pump or chromatography system. Cytiva PEEK Stop Plugs are used to seal the top of a chromatography column, e.g. HiTrap™ prepacked columns. Fingertight or standard 1/16 in. or standard 5/16 in. male stop plugs available.

The inlet and outlet design of HiTrap columns eliminates the need for column connectors when used with ÄKTAdesign™ chromatography systems. Connection to a syringe, laboratory pump, or chromatography system such as FPLC™ System is also possible using these connectors.
  • Made of durable polyetheretherketone (PEEK)
  • One fingertight stop plug is connected to each HiTrap column at delivery
  • Available in narrow 1/16 in., standard 1/16 in. and standard 5/16 in. male stop plugs
