The Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ CRISPR Negative Control Lentivirus, Human Scrambled, contains a gRNA sequence with no sequence homology to any region of the human genome. This construct also expresses emGFP to provide a visual readout of successful transduction that can be used in determining Multiplicity of Infection (MOI).
