Maximum tube capacity for a given O.D. may vary with overall tube height
CentriVap DNA Systems and Proteomic come with DNA Rotor (16-317-54); Acid Systems come with Acid-Resistant 12-13 mm Rotor (16-108-450)

To prevent loss of sample during centrifugation, fill tubes only 0.33 to 0.5 full.
