Description

Developed for use with the InstantOne ELISA Cell Signaling assays. The InstantOne ELISA Wash Buffer is supplied as a 10x concentrate and is used for washing the InstantOne ELISA cell signaling assay microplate. It is a simple mix of buffers, salts and mild detergent.

  • If washing wells with a microplate washer, use 3x washes with a 10-second mixing cycle
  • Included with every InstantOne ELISA sold. Offered as a stand-alone item for cases where experimental procedures and/or automation require much higher volumes of wash buffer
