Spectrum™ Chemical Hypromellose, Substitution Type 2910, 4000 mPa.s, USP is a semisynthetic, viscoelastic polymer that is inert and used as an ophthalmic lubricant, a controlled-delivery component and an excipient in oral medicaments. It is also used as a food additive and acts as an emulsifier, suspending agent and thickening agent. Spectrum Chemical USP products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
