Description
Once the sample area has been swabbed, snapping the Snap-Valve releases 1mL of broth into swab shaft, neutralizing residual sanitizers and facilitating the recovery of bacteria. The sample is then ready to be poured onto dehydrated media or streaked onto agar plates for culturing.
