Contains the buffers and monoclonal antibody necessary to successfully stain and identify Foxp3+ cells in whole blood samples.

Pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human whole blood. The PCH101 antibody can be used at 5μL (0.25μg) per test.
