Description

Synthetic Peptide

PEP-10933 is a synthetic peptide suitable for use as a control in ELISA and Western blot applications. PEP-10933 has the amino acid sequence: Pyr-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-Gly-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH2. Store lyophilized product at -20 C. Upon reconstitution store at 4C for 2-7 days or aliquot and store at -20C. For long term storage add HSA or BSA to 0.1%. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute the lyophilized product in sterile water not less than 100 ug/ml.

The Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone (LH-RH) is produced in the hypothalamus and influences the release of Luteinizing Hormone in the pituitary gland. LH-RH is also known as Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH).
