Description

In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. ETL is a novel seven-transmembrane receptor that belongs to the secretin family of G-protein-coupled peptide hormone receptors and the EGF-TM7 subfamily of receptors. It is the first seven-transmembrane receptor containing EGF-like repeats that is developmentally regulated in the heart.
