Description

Synthetic Peptide

This peptide corresponds to 19 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human DAP. PEP-1607 can be used as a blocking peptide with polyclonal antibody PA5-34564. For use as a blocking peptide in Western blot, incubate the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C.

This gene encodes a basic, proline-rich, 15-kD protein. The protein acts as a positive mediator of programmed cell death that is induced by interferon-gamma.
