Human Anatomy Models

Each affordable anatomy model is removable from its base and comes with a one- or two-sided, color key card. Most models are for general anatomical study; however, the artery, breast, colon, liver, skin cancer, and stomach models also depict pathologies.

Artery Model:
Oversized, sectioned artery shows the buildup of cholesterol deposits. One branch of the Y shows the beginnings of arterial occlusion. Model also depicts the muscular artery walls. Dimensions: 1 1/2L x 4W x 6 1/2 in.H.

Breast Model:
Depicts common pathologies such as adenocarcinoma, cysts, fibroadenoma, and infiltrating scirrhus carcinoma. Model also shows breast structures such as suspensory ligaments, fat tissue, lymph nodes, muscles, and ribs. Dimensions: 6 1/2L x 4 1/2W x 3 in.H.

Colon Model:
View common pathologies such as adhesions, appendicitis, bacterial infection, cancer, Crohn's disease, diverticulitis, diverticulosis, polyps, spastic colon, and ulcerative colitis. Dimensions: 6L x 2 1/2W x 7 3/4 in.H.

Ear Model:
Clearly shows the semicircular canals, incus, eardrum, tensor timpani muscle, and inner ear mechanisms. Dimensions: 4L x 3W x 2 1/2 in.H.

Eye Model:
Features removable lens and cornea. Hand-painted structures show excellent detail. Dimensions: 5L x 3 3/4W x 4 in.H.

Heart Model:
Two-piece heart is bisected for internal and external heart anatomy study. Hand-painted detail clearly shows coronary blood supply and drainage. Internal features include lifelike valves and muscle fiber bundles. Dimensions: 6L x 4W x 3 1/2 in.H.

Kidney Model:
Human kidney model is two times life size. Model shows blood supply, drainage, urethral pelvis, adrenal gland, and more. Students will gain knowledge of the position of blood vessels within the kidney. Dimensions: 6 1/2 x 4 x 2 1/2 in.

Liver and Gallbladder Model:
Life-size model showing inner anatomy plus a gallstone. Hepatic blood supply and drainage are clearly depicted. Dimensions: 8 1/2L x 4 3/4W x 4 1/2 in.H.

Lung Model:
Life size cutaway of right side of lung shows bronchus, arteries, vein, two lymph nodes, bronchial passages, and trachea bifurcation. Dimensions: 8 1/4L x 4 1/4W x 5 1/4H in.

Sinus Model:
Details include nasal cavity, soft and hard palate, uvula, eustachian tube, and pharyngeal tonsil. Back side shows ethmoid and maxillary sinus. Dimensions: 1/2L x 5 1/4W x 4 1/2 in.H.

Skin Cancer Model:
Features basal and dermal layers; three cancerous conditions: NBC (Nodular Basal Cell), MM (Malignant Melanoma), MBC (Morpheic Basal Cell); and three non-cancerous conditions: DN (Dyplastic Nevi), KA (Keratocanthoma), AK (Actinic Keratosis). Dimensions: 4 1/2 x 1 1/4 in.

Stomach Model:
Life-size model depicts the stomach from the esophagus to duodenum. Shows a gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, and esophageal inflammation. Provides clear views of both the cardiac orifice and pyloric sphincter. Dimensions: 6 1/4L x 8W x 1 1/4 in.H.
