Aggrecan Interglobular Domain (human) Recombinant Protein, RP-77527, from Invitrogen.

The human aggrecan amino acid sequence T331-G458 is expressed in E. coli with a C-terminal His-tag. The recombinant protein contains cleavage sites for aggrecanases (E373-A374 in aggrecan) and matrix metalloproteinases (N341-F342 in aggrecan). RP-77527 is a purified recombinant Aggrecan Interglobular Domain protein, amino acid sequence T331-G458 expressed in E. coli with a C-terminal His-tag. The recombinant protein contains cleavage sites for aggrecanases (E373-A374 in aggrecan) and matrix metalloproteinases (N341-F342 in aggrecan). RP-77527 may be used as a control with corresponding anti-Aggrecan Interglobular Domain antibodies.
