  • For laboratory and intermediate process-scale separations and final-step purifications needing a high resolution
  • Phenyl Sepharose 6 Fast Flow™ (low sub) and Phenyl Sepharose 6 Fast Flow (high sub)
  • For initial and intermediate step purifications requiring a matrix with low to medium hydrophobicity
  • Two available degrees of substitution increases likelihood of finding the optimal selectivity andcapacity for a given application
    • Butyl Sepharose High Performance
    • For intermediate and final purification steps
    • Relatively high ligand density enables high dynamic binding capacity for proteins, even at low salt concentrations
    Butyl Sepharose 4 Fast Flow
    • For initial and intermediate step purifications requiring a matrix with low to medium hydrophobicity
    • Often works well even in relatively low salt concentrations
    Butyl-S Sepharose 6 Fast Flow
    • Least hydrophobic option in the Fast Flow series
    • Suited for binding and elution of relatively strong hydrophobic proteins
