Genlantis™ PrimaPure™ Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) and Kits
Description
Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) are isolated from normal human umbilical vein. They are cryopreserved at the end of primary culture and can be cultured and propagated at least 16 population doublings. HUVEC are responsive to cytokine stimulation in the expression of cell adhesion molecules. These cell systems are commonly used for physiological and pharmacological investigations, such as macromolecule transport, blood coagulation and fibrinolysis.
- Single donors to allow variability comparisons
- Each lot tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi
- Performance guaranteed with Genlantis media and reagents
