Invitrogen™ EVOS™ M7000 2D Deconvolution License
AMEP5022 enables current M7000 customers having a Dell XE3, Dell 3650, or Dell XE4 to activate EVOS 2D deconvolution. Dell XE3 and 3650 computers require PC re-image by a Field Service Engineer.
Supplier: Invitrogen™ AMEP5022
Description
The EVOS M7000 2D Deconvolution License allows users to enable 2D deconvolution on their EVOS M7000 Imaging System without having to purchase a complete third-party image analysis software suite, thus offering a significant savings. Enablement of the license requires the latest version of EVOS M7000 software or a system with a Dell XE4- model computer (upgrade to this model = Cat. No. AMEP5023).
The EVOS M7000 Imaging System is a high-performance, fully automated, inverted, multi-channel fluorescence and transmitted light imaging system. It was developed to meet today's expectations for image quality, user interface interactions, data generation speed and flexibility, and end-user value. During post-acquisition processing, one of the most commonly used techniques is deconvolution. In 2D deconvoluton, a mathematical point-spread function is applied to the image(s) as a way to increase signal:noise by reducing background.
