Description

Provides dual frequency and multiple modes to handle tasks from coarse cleaning to fine cleaning. Tovatech Elmasonic xtra ST Ultrasonic Cleaners are powerful, high capacity cleaners for industrial use.

  • Industrial-grade ultrasonic cleaner
  • Dual frequency: 25kHz for coarse cleaning, 45kHz for fine cleaning
  • Bath temperature can be set from 30° to 80°C
  • Timer range from 1 to 30 minutes or continuous operation with manual shut off
  • Actual and set time and temp shown on LED display
  • Operating modes: Sweep, Pulse and Dynamic
  • Sweep mode provides uniform distribution of cleaning power
  • Activate pulse mode for solution degassing and dynamic mode for removing stubborn contaminants
  • Unit starts automatically at pre-set solution temperature
  • Automatic safety shut-off after 12 hours of continuous operation or if temperature reaches 90°C
  • Roller mounts helps to move the cleaner to site
  • Heavy duty basket has two positions: cleaning and draining
  • Swap-out generator and control panel for quick replacement, minimum down time
  • Side-mounted ball valve drain
  • Slanted tank floor for fast drainage and tank cleaning
