The Diffraction Slide demonstrates the principle of diffraction grating.

Illustrates how its properties are dependent upon the number of lines per unit length.

Card mount, 3.5 x 1.6 in. (90 x 40 mm), holds three 16 x 9 mm apertures.
Each aperture contains a different diffraction grating replica.
Gratings are 100 lines/mm, 300 lines/mm and 600 lines/mm and are protected by cover glasses.
