Description
Invitrogen E-Gel Sizing DNA Ladder is designed for sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA in the range of 50 to 1,500 bp. E-Gel Sizing DNA Ladder consists of 19 individual chromatography-purified DNA fragments with reference bands at 1000, 500, and 200 bp for easy orientation.
E-Gel Sizing DNA Ladder is specifically formulated for optimal performance on pre-cast E-Gel agarose gels.
