Dynabeads™ FlowComp™ Human CD3 contain magnetic beads that provide a robust and versatile tool to positively isolate pure CD3+ T-cells from whole blood, bone marrow, buffy coat, mononuclear cells (MNC), or tissue digests. The cells can be released from the beads using the FlowComp™ Release Buffer.

Dynabeads™ FlowComp™ Human CD3 contains uniform, superparamagnetic beads (2.8 μm diameter) that enable easy isolation of human CD3+ cells directly from any sample via a three-step process. First, the FlowComp™ Human CD3 Antibody is mixed with the sample in a tube where it binds to the target cells during a short incubation. Then, the CD3+ T-cells that have bound the specific antibodies are captured by the FlowComp™ Dynabeads™ and separated from unbound cells using a magnet. Finally, the target cells are released from the beads by adding the FlowComp™ Release buffer. This fast and gentle isolation method does not require the use of columns, and helps ensure high purity, recovery and viability of the isolated CD3+ cells. The cells can be used in any downstream application.
