A good lymph node and glycogen fixative as well as a superior trichome stain mordant.

  • With Bouins Fluid, soft and delicate structures are preserved and trichrome stains will be brilliant with color while demonstrating crisp nuclear detail.
  • Bouin's Fluid is also an excellent fixative to use on biopsy specimens of the gastrointestinal tract because the nuclear staining is superior to 10% formalin.
