Keystone Cleanroom Products Autoclavable Stopper Bowl Covers with 2-Ply Rim

PureClean™ autoclave stopper bowl covers are made from 1421B DuPont™ Tyvek™, which is a grade of uncoated, untreated, flexible Tyvek™ material. It has been specifically designed for pharmaceutical use in steam sterilization applications. Keystone's PureClean™ Tyvek™ material does not have a water soluble antistat agent applied to it during its manufacturing process.

Stopper bowl covers provide a convenient, time-saving method of wrapping stopper bowls prior to steam sterilization. These covers allow immediate steam penetration and work best with modern pulse vacuum autoclaves for sufficient drying. After sterilization and after the outer Tyvek™ bag is removed, leave cover in place during the installation to prevent microbial and particulate contamination. Remove after all other filling line set-up activities are completed. Remaining in place over the bowl during setup, their use minimizes microbial or particulate contamination risks.
