AlgiMatrix™ Dissolving Buffer can be used with any of the AlgiMatrix™ 3D Culture Systems to dissolve sponges. It is safe to use with all cell types and will not disrupt cell spheroids, clusters or other 3D structures. Can be used right in the well or sponges can be moved to another vessel.
