Spectrum™ Chemical Acacia, Spray-Dried Powder, NF is a natural gum used primarily in the food industry as a stabilizer. It is a mixture of polysaccharides and glycoproteins giving it the properties of a glue and binder which is edible by humans. Spectrum Chemical NF products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
