The ABI PRISM™ 7000 Sequence Detection Systems Spectral Calibration Kit includes eight optical 96-well reaction plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, and seven preloaded and sealed spectral calibration plates with seven separate dye standards. Spend Your Time on Research - Not Instrument Calibration This kit's easy-to-use, preloaded, 96-well optical reaction plates enable users to calibrate the ABI PRISM™ 7000 Sequence Detection System quickly and easily. Insert the reaction plates during system installation, and the system automatically collects the dye standard's spectral information.
