The Thermo Scientific™ 1000mL BIOS swinging bucket rotors are designed for use with the Thermo Scientific™ Sorvall™ BIOS 16 bioprocessing centrifuge. These rotors, which are provided complete with buckets and bottles, have been engineered to simplify operation of the centrifuge while maximizing productivity.

Achieve efficient and reliable sample processing with the following features:
  • 8 x 1000mL (8L) capacity at 5,400 max rpm (8,500 x g max RCF) operation;
  • 6 x 1000mL (6L) capacity at 4,600 max rpm (7,117 x g max RCF) operation
  • Thermo Scientific™ Eco-Spin™ windshield provides energy savings up to 64% when compared with non-windshielded rotors
