1,3-Bis(aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane is used as a curing agent for epoxy molding compounds, which is utilized for high-reliability semiconductor devices. It is also used to prepare siloxane- urea copymers from 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate.
