PDGFRA Recombinant Human Protein (without Catalytic Activity Domain), His Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 524) of human PDGFRA (NP_006197.1) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Manufacturer: Life Technologies LS10556H08H50
DescriptionPlatelet-derived growth factor receptor, alpha polypeptide (PDGFRA), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications. Since this product is a truncated protein and does not contain intracellular catalytic activity domain, it is not suitable for use in enzyme activity studies.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized human PDGFRA-His at 1μg/well can bind human PDGFC-Fc with a linear range of 0.032-0.8μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween-80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
Shipping Condition: Room Temperature. This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
