Description

Fc gamma receptor III-a (FCGR3A/CD16a), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard. This protein is biotinylated.
  • Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized Protein A at 0.5μg/well can bind human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.078-0.625μg/mL with 3mg/mL of biotinylated human FCGR3A
  • Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible

Shipping Condition: Room Temperature. This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
