Specifications

Description

Protein; Sino Biological; DKK1 Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag; 5 x 5ug; Source: Human; Purity: greater than or equal to 85% by SDS-PAGE

Dickkopf 1 homolog (Xenopus laevis) (DKK1), recombinant rhesus protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure, and performing cell based assays. It can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in other research applications.
  • Activity: Measured by its ability to inhibit WNT3A-induced alkaline phosphatase production by C3H10T1/2 cells; the ED50 for this effect is approximately 0.1-0.4μg/mL in the presence of 100ng/mL of mouse Wnt3a
  • Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible

This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
