Description

Protein; Sino Biological; CX3CL1 Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag; 50ug; Source: Human; Purity: greater than or equal to 90% by SDS-PAGE

Chemokine (C-X3-C Motif) Ligand 1 (CX3CL1), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
  • Activity: Measured by its ability to compete with biotinylated recombinant human CX3CL1-His for binding to immobilized recombinant mouse CD4-his (Mfr. No. 50134-M08) in a functional ELISA
  • Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
