Cathepsin L1 (CTSL1), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
  • Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized human CD74 at 5μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind biotinylated human CTSL1 with a linear range of 3.2-400ng/mL
  • Formulation: Lyophilized in 50mM NaAc, 0.1M NaCl, pH 5.0, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
  • Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
