Membrane-based system purifies DNA fragments from standard or low-melt agarose gels in either Tris acetate (TAE) or Tris borate (TBE). Also purifies products directly from PCR reactions, removing excess nucleotides, and primers.

  • Effectively extracts DNA ranging from 100bp to 10kb
  • Recovers up to 95% of fragments or amplification products in as little as 15μL elution volume
  • Suitable for spin or vacuum purification formats; no phenol extraction or ethanol precipitation required
  • Tested to ensure performance of purified products in automated fluorescent sequencing to at least 700 bp with 78% accuracy
