Nucleic Acid Detection Blocking Buffer is intended for use with the Thermo Scientific Chemiluminescent Nucleic Acid Detection Module Kit, of which it is also a component.

Non-specific binding of probe to membrane can be minimized by incubating the membrane in Blocking Buffer for 15 minutes.
