Applications
N,N-Diethylaniline is used as an intermediate in pharmaceuticals, dyes and other chemicals. It acts as a reaction catalyst. Its complex, diethylaniline borane is used as a reducing agent in organic synthesis.

Miscible with water and acetone. Slightly miscible with chloroform, alcohol and ether.
