Assay IFN-γ (mouse interferon gamma) levels in mouse serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate), and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific Mouse IFN gamma ELISA Kits.

These mouse IFN-gamma ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interferon gamma (IFNγ) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The economically-priced reagent kit provides validated reagents only, requiring users to coat their own plates. The antibody-pair kit consists of the matched IFNγ antibody pairs and IFNγ standard only. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
