Ensure accurate, reproducible results in immunohistochemistry and western blotting experiments with the Thermo Scientific™ Milk Fat Globule 1, Human (HMFG1) Ab-1, Mouse Monoclonal Antibody.

Human milk fat globule membrane protein (HMFG1) is present on normal human breast epithelial cells and cell lines derived from breast carcinomas, as well as on the outer surface of the human milk fat globule. HMFG1 is considered as a differentiation marker. It is useful as specific breast epithelial marker in normal and neoplastic mammary development.
