Marginal Zone B Cells Mouse anti-Rat, eFluor® 660, Clone: HIS57, eBioscience™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Life Technologies LS50948982
Description: The monoclonal antibody HIS57 recognizes an unknown antigen expressed by rat marginal zone B cells. Marginal zone B cells are an anatomical B cell compartment located in the spleen at the area between red and white pulp. Marginal zone B cellsExcitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 668 nm; Laser: Red Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered. Marginal zone B cells are an anatomical B cell compartment located in the spleen at the area between red and white pulp. Marginal zone B cells serve as a first line of defense against blood-borne antigens in a T cell-independent manner. Marginal zone B cells can also be phenotyped as B cells that are IgM high, IgD low, CD21 high and CD23 low.
