Invitrogen™ LYN A Recombinant Human Protein, N-GST tag
LYN (v-yes-1 Yamaguchi sarcoma viral related oncogene homolog) is a SRC family kinase expressed predominantly in hematopoietic, neural, liver, and adipose tissue.
Manufacturer: Invitrogen™ LSPV6450
LYN is a protein-coding gene and is associated with diseases such as alexia and chorea-acanthocytosis. Activation of LYN has been shown to lead to imatinib resistance in CML patients. LYN B and the slightly shorter LYN A are the two isoforms of LYN. An important paralog of this gene is FRK. The full length LYN A protein enables researchers to study important mechanisms underlying disease.
- Increase disease relevance by interrogating a purified and active full-length LYN A reagent
- Uncover novel compounds or hits specific to the full length form
- Advance your research using the full-length protein and validated assays
- Assay Platforms: LanthaScreen™ TR-FRET Kinase Activity Assay, LanthaScreen™ Eu Kinase Binding Assay, and Z’-LYTE™ Kinase Activity Assay
