Description
A phospho specific antibody directed to the ezrin⁄radixin⁄moesin (ERM) peptide that is a substrate for LRRK2 (Leucine-rich repeat kinase 2) and LRRK2 mutants. Mutations in LRRK2 have been found to be related to late-onset Parkinson's disease.For use in combination with the Fluorescein-ERM (LRRKtide) substrate (PV4901) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
