Obtain accurate, reproducible results in western blotting, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation and kinase assay applications with Thermo Scientific™ Cyclin D1/Bcl-1 Ab-3, Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.

Cyclin D1 (also known as PRAD-1 or bcl-1), one of the key cell cycle regulators, is a putative proto-oncogene overexpressed in a wide variety of human neoplasms. About 50-70% of mantle cell lymphomas (MCL) contain a t (11; 14)(q13; q32) translocation resulting in over-expression of cyclin D1.

Host Species: Rabbit

Isotype: IgG

Species Reactivity: Human, Mouse and Rat. Others not known.

Epitope: C-terminal

Immunogen: A synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminus of human cyclin D1

Molecular Weight: 36 kDa

Positive Control: MAD109 cells

Cellular Localization: Nuclear
