Species Reactivity: Human, Marmoset, Monkey, Cow, Sheep, Goat, Pig and Guinea Pig.

Epitope: On nonhelical (noncollagenous) C-terminal region of collagen VII and is resistant to collagenase, trypsin, pronase, neuraminidase, chondroitinase and hyaluronidase. However, it is lost by digestion of collagen VII with pepsin.

Immunogen: Insoluble fractions of human neonatal foreskin epidermal cells
