AT130-2 has been reported to have agonist activity.Description & Specifications
DescriptionThe monoclonal antibody AT130-2 reacts with mouse CD32b, also known as Fc-gamma receptor IIb. CD32b is the only inhibitory member of the Fc-gamma receptor family. Immune complex engagement of CD32b results in the phosphorylation of its intracellular ITIM motif. This engagement serves to attenuate B cell receptor (BCR) signaling and other activating signals, reduces proliferation, reduces antibody production, and may also deliver apoptotic signals. CD32b is the only Fc-gamma receptor expressed by B cells. CD32b is also expressed on monocytes, dendritic cells, neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils, as well as B cell progenitors and plasma cells.
