CD155 Mouse anti-Human, PerCP-eFluor™ 710, Clone: 2H7CD155, eBioscience™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Life Technologies LS46155042
Description: The monoclonal antibody 2H7CD155 recognizes CD155 also known as the poliovirus receptor. The CD155 protein is a member of the Ig superfamily in which 4 isoforms exist; only the alpha and delta forms are expressed on the membrane of monocytes,Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochrome. Light sensitivity: This tandem dye is sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Please protect this vial and stained samples from light. Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (cat. 00-8222) (100 μL of cell sample + 100 μL of IC Fixation Buffer) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (cat. 00-5333) for up to 3 days in the dark at 4°C with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency/compensation. Some generalizations regarding fluorophore performance after fixation can be made, but clone specific performance should be determined empirically. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 710 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered. The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The external domain mediates cell attachment to the extracellular matrix molecule vitronectin, while its intracellular domain interacts with the dynein light chain Tctex-1/DYNLT1. The gene is specific to the primate lineage, and serves as a cellular receptor for poliovirus in the first step of poliovirus replication. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
