  • 4000U are supplied along with a 10X Reaction Buffer. Reverse transcriptases (RTs) are used in a variety of molecular biology experiments where success can depend upon full-length cDNA synthesized during the reverse transcription reaction
  • In RNA amplification experiments, up to twice as much cRNA is synthesized when the first-strand cDNA is generated with ArrayScript RT compared to wild type M-MLV, AMV, or other engineered M-MLV reverse transcriptases when low amounts of total RNA (∽100ng) are used. This can eliminate the need to perform two rounds of cRNA amplification when working with limiting amounts of total RNA
