ABsolute Blue qPCR Mixes utilize Thermo-Start Taq hot start enzyme for increased sensitivity. The master mixes incorporate an inert blue dye to enhance the contrast between reagent and plastic, making verification of master mix dispensing quick, easy, and foolproof.
