Les tubes RMN sont requis pour l’analyse d’échantillons au moyen de la spectroscopie en résonance magnétique nucléaire. Choisissez les tubes RMN qui correspondent le plus étroitement à la fréquence (MHz) de votre spectromètre.
Habituellement fabriqués de verre borosilicaté et offerts en longueurs de sept et de huit pouces, les diamètres externes du tube peuvent varier de 3 mm à 10 mm, avec 5 mm comme diamètre le plus commun. Pour une meilleure précision d’analyse, cherchez les tubes RMN à parois minces. Les tubes RMN en quartz à faible concentration de bore sont aussi offerts si la RMN au bore est utilisée.
Les tubes RMN sont offerts en versions réutilisables ou jetables. Certaines versions ont des bouchons à vis, avec ou sans septum. Les bouchons en polyéthylène sont les plus communs.
Les spécifications pour les tubes RMN peuvent inclure la concentricité et la cambrure.
- La concentricité est une mesure de combien rond le tube est. Elle est mesurée en utilisant les parois internes et externes
- La cambrure est une mesure de la rectitude du tube; une pauvre cambrure peut provoquer une oscillation pendant la rotation, ce qui peut produire des bandes latérales de centrifugation
La spectroscopie par résonance magnétique nucléaire vous permet d’observer les champs magnétiques locaux autour des noyaux atomiques.
